Multi-sensor fusion models enable fast and accurate detection of surface water quality

Scientists were able to quickly and precisely detect surface water quality by fusing the data of ultraviolet-visible spectra( UV – Vis ) and near infrared( NIR ) Spectra. Xu Zhuopin is a creditor.

A new method for quickly and precisely detecting surface water quality has been put forth by a research team at the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This method involves fusing data from near-infrared( NIR ) and ultraviolet – Vis ) spectra.

Real-time monitoring of water quality parameters is a key step in the prevention and control of surface water pollution, and the study’s goal is to enable it. It was published in Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectrum.
