In both classical communication and quantum processing, routing signals and isolating them from noise and back-reflections are crucial in many real-world situations. A team has successfully achieved unidirectional transport of signals in pairs of” one-way streets” through a theory-experimental collaboration. New opportunities for more adaptable signaling devices are made possible by this research.
