Older adults who remain more active have a better quality of life, study finds

According to a recent study of nearly 1,500 adults, fewer adults who spend less time physically active when they are older than sixty are associated with lower quality of life. The same held true for increases in sedentary time, such as when reading or watching TV. This, according to the researchers, emphasizes the necessity of motivating older adults to stay active.
